Week 1 - Beliefs
“People aren't trustworthy” …..
“That’s just the way I am” …..
“Nothing
ever changes” …..
Do any of these statements sound familiar? Ever stop to think where these kinds of thoughts come from?
Statistics show we have 40,000 thoughts a day. Only 2,000 of these thoughts are conscious. That means 38, 000 are non-conscious…we are NOT even aware of them!
Those 38,000 thoughts are usually connected to our past (our beliefs). These beliefs are the decisions we have made about ourselves and others based on past events. What do we do when those old decisions no longer pertain to our lives today, but we still use them on a daily basis?
We are all aware of the mind-body connection. If the mind is still holding onto beliefs that are no longer true, our bodies will hold onto hurts and fears connected with them. This creates “dis-ease” in our bodies and keeps us from gaining true health.
This portion of the course will provide an understanding of where beliefs come from, clarity in how they are formed, the depth of their impact on our minds and bodies and HOW we can learn to have our beliefs best serve us, past, present and future.
Week 2 - Discussion on Beliefs
Week 3 - Control
What comes to mind when you think about control? Most refer to controlling people as ones who are overly aggressive; who take over situations, conversations and relationships. Did you know that control is basically fear? Control is the behavior we display when we are fearful. The interesting thing is control comes in two flavors, passive and aggressive. People can equally control with their words as much as they can control by saying nothing. The
emotions we experience such as being jealous, resentful, helpless, selfish and sarcastic all stem from fear and control.
This section will help you uncover the areas in your life, be it home, work, worship or play where control seems to rear its ugly head; where guilt, blame and anger somehow show up in others and ourselves. This course will enable you to will gain an understanding of how to practically resolve the issues of control and empower yourself and others .
Week 4 - Discussion on Control
Week 5 - Empowerment
By understanding where our beliefs come from and how these beliefs hold the puppet strings to fear and control we can then come to recognize what we need to stop doing in our life that no longer works, so that we can start doing what does work. When we have the tools to stop living in the illusion of fear and control, a world of equality and empowerment appears. This state of empowerment is natural to us. This course will teach you
the antidote to fear and control, enabling you the tools to experience your own personal power and empowerment with others, bringing forth balance and harmony to all aspects of your life. This course will strengthen your ability to discern what will benefit your life and support your innate abilities to reach all of your goals.
Week 6 - Discussion on Empowerment

This part of the course will showcase the state of the art technology from which the Pocket Wisdom learning process is built.
