Description of the
Account Management Certification Requirements
(including but not limited to)
Proficiency in the Competencies will be determined in 2 ways (both are required):
- The completion of the content material and the written reflections of what was learned and how it applies to your industry and prospects.
- The act of discussion and completion of the Competency process reviewed by the AwareComm Team, until such time that the AwareComm team deems the Authorized Agent is proficient to work with prospects on this competency independently.
Agent must exhibit the ability to cultivate a Principle-Based Customer Relationship. This includes but is not limited to maintaining contact with the client to insure customer implementation, utilization, growth and satisfaction of the system. Additionally, provides detailed weekly reports of client progress and needs for mutual discussion and appropriate action.
Qualities of a strong Principle-Based Customer Relationship:
- Establishes and maintains a relationship of equality/partnership with the client and AwareComm team
- Successfully monitors the implementation of proposal
- Exhibits consistent contact and communication that is one-to-one and one-to-many
- Anticipates future needs and prepares clients in advance
- Continues to monitor shifts and changes in the client’s business or market to ensure we continue to meet the client’s needs
- Awareness of changes in the relationship with clients that result in immediate responses, pro-actively bringing resolution
- The client views the agent as an extension of their business, part of the inner circle and community of their business
- With every contact, share who you are, invite feedback, present current industry wisdom or tips, recent market news that always positions you as “the expert there to help your client”, …because you are.
Agent must understand and apply all four of the “4 I’s” AwareComm process from a principle based perspective of Interest, Information, Imagination and Investment to ensure the AwareComm contribution to the client.
Optional services are available to assist an Agent in the successful completion of the certification process, but are not required.

- Learn the content in context with methods and strategies
- Current rate of $ 100 per hour, subject to change
- Coaching: Knowledge, Motivation & Accountability
- Achieve goals and improve performance to be the best you can be
- Current rate of $ 250 per hour, subject change
- Mentoring: Business Awareness, Strategy & Wisdom
- Takes you places you would never have gone by yourself
- Current rate $ 500 per hour, subject to change
