Market Development Certification Requirements
(including but not limited to)
Curriculum

Proficiency in the Competencies will be determined in 2 ways (both are required):

  • The completion of the content material and the written reflections of what was learned and how it applies to your industry and prospects.
  • The act of discussion and completion of the Competency process reviewed by the AwareComm Team, until such time that the AwareComm team deems the Authorized Agent is proficient to work with prospects on this competency independently.

Understanding the principles, mission, legacy and history of AwareComm and of the Technology and:

  • How it relates to the Strategic ePublishing Partnerships being offered to prospects
  • How it relates to the Industry that is being Marketed to and Developed
  • How it relates to who in the industry as a real prospect for AwareComm
  • How it relates to the conduct of the Authorized Agent.

Understanding the vastness of the full system to begin to see how it will apply in their industry, begin to think through what industry problems look like, be able to apply how the system solves these industry problems in order to identify real prospects and be able to apply “How” we can contribute to prospects and their particular situations:

  • Overview-The Vastness of the eMod System
    • The Core Technology – Personal Learning Technology Platform
    • The Infrastructure ISO – Control Panel
    • eMods – Learning Systems not Teaching Systems
    • Creating eMods - Storyboarding and ePublishing
    • The eMod Network
    • Built in Word of Mouth Marketing
    • Built in Security and Tracking
    • Mentoring System
    • Customer Support System
    • Culture Value-ation System
    • Resource Center/ eConnection Center
    • Outside Integrations
      • CRM – VoIP – Call Centers - etc
    • eMod Action Incentives and Branded Websites

Understanding the outside factors that help to amplify our uniqueness and the problems we solve, to then be able to correlate and apply these to the particular industry and the industry related problems and then the same to particular prospects to be able to identify the appropriate prospects and what we contribute to them:

  • Myths
  • Change
  • Internet History and Its Future
  • Online “Education”
  • Teaching Methods  vs. Learning Methods

Agent must understand and apply the first of the “4 I’s” AwareComm process that supports the clients Interest - identifying a need in a way that inspires the need for more; to awaken a dream (marketing).

Optional services are available to assist an Agent in the successful completion of the certification process, but are not required.

  • Classes: Knowledge and Direction
    • Directed content rich learning with group class interaction
    • When available at the current rate, subject to change
  • Tutoring: Masterful Guidance, Knowledge and Direction
    • Learn the content in context with methods and strategies
    • Current rate of $ 100 per hour, subject to change
  • Coaching: Knowledge, Motivation & Accountability
    • Achieve goals and improve performance to be the best you can be
    • Current rate of $ 250 per hour, subject change
  • Mentoring: Business Awareness, Strategy & Wisdom
    • Takes you places you would never have gone by yourself
    • Current rate $ 500 per hour, subject to change
