Description of the
Needs Analysis Certification Requirements
(including but not limited to)

Curriculum 

Proficiency in the Competencies will be determined in 2 ways (both are required):

  • The completion of the content material and the written reflections of what was learned and how it applies to your industry and prospects.
  • The act of discussion and completion of the Competency process reviewed by the AwareComm Team, until such time that the AwareComm team deems the Authorized Agent is proficient to work with prospects on this competency independently.

The ability to assess the state of the Industry, the problems/needs and the application and contribution of AwareComm Solutions as a System to the Industry, for identifying prospects and associations.  The ability to articulate state of the Industry, problems/needs and the application and contribution of the AwareComm Solutions as a System both verbally and in the form of a Needs Analysis for prospects and for the Industry.

Understanding the vastness of the full system and be able to see how it will apply in their industry, to be able to think through what industry problems look like, to be able apply “How” the system solves these industry problems and which components are needed in order to identify real prospects and to be able to apply “How” we can contribute to prospects and their particular situations:

  • In Depth Understanding-The Vastness of the eMod System
    • The Core Technology - Personal Learning Technology Platform
    • The Infrastructure ISO – Control Panel
    • eMod – Learning Systems not Teaching Systems
    • eMods – Educational vs. Marketing / Complementary vs. Purchased
    • Creating eMods - Storyboarding and ePublishing
    • The eMod Network
    • Built-in Word of Mouth Marketing
    • Built-in Security and tracking
    • Mentoring System
    • Customer Support System
    • Culture Value-ation System
    • Resource Center/ eConnection Center
    • Outside Integrations
      • CRM – VoIP – Call Centers - etc
    • eMod Action Incentives and Branded Websites

To experience and understand the sample eMods as well as to experience, understand and be able to build upon the applications of the Technology.  To take this experience and understand acquired and build upon it by apply it to the Industry and prospects as solutions for the Market Development and the Needs Analysis.

An understanding of what eMod features and process where used and why in the various Sample eMods to be able to relate these features and options in the design of the fulfillment of the needs and thus completion of the Need Analysis for the prospects thus having the ability to communicate the contribution the System will make to the Prospect.

The ability to answer basic questions and guide a prospect through downloading and installing of the Control Panel and Sample eMods and the various basic components and features of the full system, as well as the range of products and services offered.  This is vital for correlating these into the Need Analysis to be able to make the best recommendations for the fulfillment of the needs of the prospective client and the optimum contribution AwareComm can make.

The ability to know and understand all the products and services offered by AwareComm as a total system, as well as how to read pricing sheets and the partnership levels in order to successfully complete the Need Analysis.

Agent must understand and apply the second of the “4 I’s” AwareComm process that supports in offering clients Information - Expanding the initial interest in a way that invokes; to engage possibilities.

Optional services are available to assist an Agent in the successful completion of the certification process, but are not required.

  • Classes: Knowledge and Direction
    • Directed content rich learning with group class interaction
    • When available at the current rate, subject to change
  • Tutoring: Masterful Guidance, Knowledge and Direction
    • Learn the content in context with methods and strategies
    • Current rate of $ 100 per hour, subject to change
  • Coaching: Knowledge, Motivation & Accountability
    • Achieve goals and improve performance to be the best you can be
    • Current rate of $ 250 per hour, subject change
  • Mentoring: Business Awareness, Strategy & Wisdom
    • Takes you places you would never have gone by yourself
    • Current rate $ 500 per hour, subject to change
