AwareComm eMod Systems
Industry Specialist Agent Training - Self Directed

Description of the
Proposal and Close Certification Requirements
(including but not limited to)

Proficiency in the Competencies will be determined in 2 ways (both are required):

  • The completion of the content material and the written reflections of what was learned and how it applies to your industry and prospects.
  • The act of discussion and completion of the Competency process reviewed by the AwareComm Team, until such time that the AwareComm team deems the Authorized Agent is proficient to work with prospects on this competency independently.

The proposal is built upon the strong foundation of findings from the interactions with the prospects, including the demonstration and need analysis.

The proposal reflects the creativity and keen insights of the ISA as the culmination of knowledge, skill and wisdom in an executive summation of needs and solutions clearly illustrating AwareComm solid contribution for the Prospect or Client.

The elements of a proposal may include but are not limited to:

  • A cover page, letter
  • Table of contents
  • Executive summary of needs matched with solutions
  • The Solution and the Contribution
  • An implementation plan and phases
  • Pricing structure
  • Terms and conditions
  • Summary of fees
  • Acceptance of agreement signature page

Important considerations and factors are:

  • The ability to demonstrate proficiency of written and visual (photos, diagrams, flow charts) communication skills
  • The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the AwareComm system
  • The ability to generate combinations of configurations from the modular nature of the products, services and systems that meets the client’s needs
  • The ability to meet client’s short term and long term needs
  • The ability to formulate and design the system as a whole
  • The ability to communicate clearly and powerfully the optimum contribution AwareComm is able to make
  • The ability to creatively address all objections and constraints such as budget, time, implementation timing, training, and support
  • The ability to execute an online or onsite presentation of the proposal

The Agent has the ability to deliver the proposal to the Prospect or Customer and communicate in a way that engages a process that closes into a Win-Win-Win Relationship.

Agent must understand and apply the fourth of the “4 I’s” AwareComm process that pursues a client Investment – time, resources and money; the enrollment of others.

Optional services are available to assist an Agent in the successful completion of the certification process, but are not required.
