Software/Courseware is not refundable.   All online seminars and classes are refundable up to 14 days prior to the first class.

• Pocket Wisdom for Letting Go Part 1, 2 and 3 as well as Pocket Wisdom for Recovery are only available for sale in conjunction with coaching services provided by a Certified Life Skills U Coach.
• Pocket Wisdom for Organizations is only available for sale in conjunction with Facilitation by a Certified Life Skills U Facilitator or upon special arrangement with Life Skills U.  

Life Skills U Coaching Services are purchased on a monthly commitment. Missed or cancelled appointments are non-refundable.

• If an individual desires to not complete the monthly coaching the unused coaching services are not refundable.  
• Rescheduling 48 hours prior to an appointment might be accommodated but is dependent upon the individual coach's availability and not required or guaranteed.  It is considered a missed or cancelled appointment.  
   

All software is deliver via download from the Internet.   If you require a CD for software delivery it will be shipped via UPS ground tracking unless otherwise requested.   Shipping cost and handling cost $ 5.00 and additional sales tax if applicable will be charged to the credit card used for purchase.

Software Payment Authorization Codes are active for 30 days. After 30 days you may submit a written request for reinstatement which will reviewed for approval or not.  If your reinstatement request, is approved there will be a reinstatement fee due and payable prior to the Payment Authorization Codes being reinstated.  support@lifeskillsu.org
